As the owner of Elliott Brothers, Brock has established himself as a leader in project coordination and management in construction, working on a diverse range of projects across North America.

15+ Years in Construction & Project Management: Extensive experience in managing projects in affordable housing, education, government infrastructure, indigenous housing, industrial, and commercial sectors.
Proven Track Record: Successfully delivered complex design-build projects on time and within budget, including the completion of over 1,800 suites of housing across Canada and the United States. Completed projects in BC, Alberta, NWT, Ontario, Hawaii, and currently active in Montana and California.

Project Leadership: Managed in-house teams of 25 staff and coordinated over 100 subcontractors, ensuring quality control, safety, and strategic planning for construction project coordination.
