Centennial Park Restoration
City of Merritt

The Merritt Coldwater River flood of November 2021 resulted in heavy damage to vegetation, trails and landscaping throughout Centennial Park. The objectives of this project were to provide safe, clean outdoor spaces for the citizens of Merritt, demonstrate the City's commitment to restoring and prioritizing recreational spaces and restore the park to the pre-flood state.
As the Project Manager & Construction Manager, A.B. Elliott Bros. worked closely with the City of Merritt to understand their expectations and execute the requirements of the RFQ. The project was successfully completed in the Fall of 2021 on budget and on-schedule.
2 Storey Residential Demolition & Relocation

After successfully responding to the RFP, A.B. Elliott Bros. worked as the Project Manager alongside the General Contractor to deliver a complex demolition and relocation of a two-storey residential building in Spences Bridge. As the Project Manager, A.B. Elliott Bros. had the responsibility of ensuring the project was delivered on schedule, on budget and in accordance with the RFP requirements. The project was successfully completed in the Fall of 2021 on budget and on-schedule.
